On the days that Chris does not have to work, we enjoy going to work out together in the fitness room at our apartments. Its nice to have a work out room just a short walk away. Caralynn is always so good when we go. She just looks around the room and watches us work out. If Chris was not there to push me I dont think that I would go and work out as much.
i am so proud of you for working out, it is hard to get in shape but you can do it!!! caralynn is getting so big, i need to hold her!!
