Chris, Kelsey his sister, Rich, his dad and I went hiking up MT. Si. I have always called it mount Y because there is a clearing in the mount and it looks like a Y. I also wanted to go hiking it when I would visit my grandparents when they lived in North Bend, but never got around to it. I thought it was going to be an easy 6 miles but I was wrong. It was steep and then near the top there was snow and icy. I had fun though even with Chris picking on me. The view from the top was worth the hard work of getting there. It was a good way to spend the day.
